Welcome to Sorrento Plumbing and Gas. By requesting our services or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services and Licencing

Sorrento Plumbing and Gas (ABN: 60 159 671 744) provides professional plumbing and gas fitting services under Plumbing Licence PL 7098 and Gas Fitting Licence GF 6906. All work is performed in accordance with the Plumbing Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards.

2. Quotes and Estimates

  • Quotes provided via our website or over the phone are estimates based on the information provided by the customer.

  • Final pricing is subject to a physical inspection of the site.

  • Any additional work required due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., hidden pipe corrosion or structural issues) will be discussed and quoted before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

  • Residential Customers: Payment is strictly required upon completion of the job unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept [Cash/Bank Transfer/Credit Card].

  • Commercial Customers: Payment terms are strictly [e.g., 7 or 14 days] from the date of invoice.

  • Sorrento Plumbing and Gas remains the owner of all materials and fittings supplied until the invoice is paid in full.

4. Cancellations and Access

  • We value our time and yours. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

  • A call-out fee may apply if we arrive at the scheduled time and cannot gain access to the property.

5. Warranties and Liability

  • All work is covered by the mandatory warranties required under Western Australian legislation and the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Sorrento Plumbing and Gas is not liable for pre-existing defects in your plumbing or gas systems discovered during the course of work.

6. Emergency & After-Hours Service

While we strive to assist with urgent issues like burst pipes, Sorrento Plumbing and Gas is not a 24/7 emergency service. Availability for after-hours work is at the owner’s discretion and may incur higher rates.
